If you are skeptical about "natural remedies" then I can empathize with you as at one time in my life, I felt the same way. My mother talked about "all natural cures" for years and I honestly thought she was nuts.
Until one day... when I was in my late 20's. I got bronchitis. I figured I'd just go to the doctor as I always did and he would give me an antibiotic and I would be cured. Well, this time, I was wrong. The doctor did give me an antibiotic but this time, I didn't get cured. I kept getting sicker and sicker... for 3 months. I had a cough that just wouldn't quit. The doctor finally put me on steroids and at that point, I started to get scared. I was in my 20's and on steroids? That just wasn't natural!
And guess what? The steroids didn't work, either.
So then one day, I was at work and talking to someone who I didn't even know on the phone. She noticed my chronic cough and decided to give me advice. At this point, I would have listened to anything as I was so sick of being sick... and scared that I wasn't getting treated properly.
She told me that I needed to learn about natural cures... and that the only effective treatment would be a natural one. She then told me exactly what I needed to do. She said I needed to go to my local health store and buy some fresh carrot juice and also to buy a homeopathic cold remedy. I said, "Homeo what?" I had never heard of that before. It sounded strange, but like I said, I was willing to listen to anything, so the woman explained to me that homeopathic was just an all natural "pill" that helps with different ailsments. Anyway, I did as she said and went to my local health store... bought some fresh carrot juice as well as some homeopathic "cold pills". And within 3 days, I was cured! 3 months of drugs... and lots of money wasted and all it took was some carrot juice and harmless homeopathic pills? I couldn't believe it. It was at this point that my all "natural cures" route began. I was a believer... and obviously still am.

Obviously, if you need a remedy right away, go to your local health store, but next time, check out this web site for like I said, it has the cheapest (and very effective) vitamins, etc. that I know of.
